HOW TO JOIN 

1. This promotion is open to all Solaire Rewards members. 
2. All Solaire Rewards members will be entitled for one (1) free entry into the raffle draws. Thereafter, members will get one (1) raffle draw entry every 5 gaming points earned. 
3. Activate your entries at any kiosk or via the MySolaire App during the draw dates at least 10 minutes before each draw time. 

MAJOR DRAWS 

1. Five (5) winners will be drawn every hour from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Event Stage on each promotion day. 4 winners will receive 10,000 Bonus Peso, while 1 winner will spin the Lucky Charm wheel to win prizes ranging from 20,000 Bonus Peso to a Vespa Sprint S.
2. Winners' names will be displayed on the screen with their corresponding prize. 
3. Winners need to approach the Event Stage or Solaire Club within 10 minutes with their Solaire Rewards card. Otherwise, one (1) re-draw will be conducted.  
    

GRAND DRAWS

1. The Grand Draw will be held at 10:00 PM on each promotion day. Twelve (12) winners will be drawn at the Event Stage.
2. Winners need to approach the Event Stage or Solaire Club within 10 minutes with their Solaire Rewards card. Otherwise, one re-draw will be conducted in which the winners need to appear within 5 minutes with their Solaire Rewards card. Afterwards, re-draws will be conducted until at least nine (9) winners are present.
3. Three (3) lucky icon standees will be displayed on stage: a leprechaun hat, a 4-leaf clover, and a horseshoe.
4. Each player will draw from four sets of ping-pong balls that will determine which icon they will be assigned to. The number of ping-pong ball sets will be adjusted based on the actual number of participating players. EXAMPLE: If only nine (9) players participate, only three (3) sets will be prepared; if only four (4) players advance to the Final Round, only two (2) sets will be used.
5. Players will line up beside their assigned icon. Then, the Game Master spins a 42-pin wheel to select the winning icon. If the wheel lands on an icon with no players, the Game Master will re-spin immediately until it lands on an occupied icon.
6. Players behind the winning icon advance to the Final Round, while eliminated players receive 10,000 Bonus Peso each.
7. In the final round, remaining players will be reassigned icons via ping-pong ball draw, followed by the Game Master spinning a 42-pin wheel final wheel spin. The player standing beside the winning icon is the Grand Prize winner and receives the Vespa Scooter, while the remaining finalists receive 50,000 Bonus Peso.  
    

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open to all Solaire Rewards members that earned the qualifying points.
2. Points earned at Solaire Resort North prior to, or after the qualifying points’ earning period will not be applied towards the promotion.
3. Eligible members should print out their kiosk receipt to claim the items.
4. All prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and not for re-sale.
5. All prizes are applicable at Solaire Resort North.
6. The management reserves the right to withhold and cancel the awarding of prizes in case of any fraud.
7. Limited time offer period is subject to management’s decision and may be ceased without prior notice.
8. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to take photo/video document during the promotion.
9. Participation in this promotion grants permission to use their names and/or photographs/videos for promotional use without compensation and without need of further authorization or release.
10. All promotion participants agree to and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. Solaire Resort North shall not be liable to any person in the event for any injuries, losses, or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the promotion.
12. Under no circumstances shall Solaire Resort North be liable for any discrepancies or mistakes which may occur due to errors in the system, computer malfunction, or operational variances.
13. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to cancel this promotion, amend the Terms & Conditions, change the promotion schedule, or adjust the details at its sole discretion, but in consultation with PAGCOR.
14. Solaire Resort North shall have full and exclusive authority to interpret all Terms & Conditions relating to this promotion and resolve any disputes.
15. In case of disputes, the Management’s decision is final, subject to PAGCOR’s Regulatory Authority.
16. Failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification.
17. Participants in this promotion agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding decisions of Solaire Resort North.
18. This promotion shall not be open to any person under 21 years of age, Solaire Resort North team members and its immediate family members, or its respective affiliates.
19. In consideration for participation in this promotion, players irrevocably authorize Solaire Resort North to print, publish, televise, or otherwise distribute their names, photographs, and videos if any.
