Gaming: Summer Drop and Race

HOW TO JOIN 

1. This promotion is open to all Solaire Rewards members. 
2. All Solaire Rewards members will be entitled for one (1) free entry into the raffle draws. Thereafter, members will get one (1) raffle draw entry every 5 gaming points earned. 
3. Activate your entries at any kiosk or via the MySolaire App during the draw dates at least 10 minutes before each draw time. 

MAJOR DRAWS 

1. Five (5) winners will be drawn every hour from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Event Stage on each promotion day. 
2. Winners' names will be displayed on the screen with their corresponding prize. 
3. Winners need to approach the Event Stage or Solaire Club within 10 minutes with their Solaire Rewards card. Otherwise, one (1) re-draw will be conducted. 

GRAND DRAWS

1. The Grand Draw will be held at 11:00 PM on each promotion day. Five (5) winners will be drawn at the Event Stage.
2. Winners need to approach the Event Stage or Solaire Club within 10 minutes with their Solaire Rewards card. Otherwise, one re-draw will be conducted in which the winners need to appear within 5 minutes with their Solaire Rewards card. Afterwards, re-draws will be conducted until at least one (1) winner is present.
3. A Plinko race board game prop will be displayed on stage, which features lanes that guide balls from the release point down to the numbered scoring slots at the base. 
4. Each player will manually draw balls to determine their assigned ball color and player number.
5. The game consists of five (5) rounds. For each round, the balls will be placed in order from left to right—starting with Player 1 on the far left, followed by Players 2 and so on.
6. At the start of each round, all players will place their assigned ball on the top release tray/gate of the prop. Upon the host’s cue, the Game Master will release all 5 balls simultaneously using a single lever/button mechanism to ensure a fair and equal start. 
7. Each ball will travel through its lane and will land into one of the designated scoring slots below (e.g., 50 / 30 / 50 / 30 / 50). Each player’s score per round is based on the slot where their ball lands, and all scores will be accumulated across the five rounds to determine the final total. 
8. Special Rule: If two (2) or more balls land on the same scoring slot, the first ball to land will receive the full score, while the succeeding ball(s) will receive half of the slot score. 
9. After all five rounds, the player with the highest accumulated total score will be declared the Winner. 
10. In the event of a tie for the highest score, only the tied players will proceed to a tie breaker round. Tied players will get to drop their ball to get the highest score. If the tie remains, the tie breaker round will be repeated until a single winner is determined.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promotion is open to all Solaire Rewards members that earned the qualifying points. 
2. Points earned at Solaire Resort North prior to, or after the qualifying points’ earning period will not be applied towards the promotion. 
3. Eligible members should print out their kiosk receipt to claim the items.
4. All prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and not for re-sale. 
5. All prizes are applicable at Solaire Resort North. 
6. The management reserves the right to withhold and cancel the awarding of prizes in case of any fraud. 
7. Limited time offer period is subject to management’s decision and may be ceased without prior notice. 
8. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to take photo/video document during the promotion. 
9. Participation in this promotion grants permission to use their names and/or photographs/videos for promotional use without compensation and without need of further authorization or release. 
10. All promotion participants agree to and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. Solaire Resort North shall not be liable to any person in the event for any injuries, losses, or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the promotion. 
12. Under no circumstances shall Solaire Resort North be liable for any discrepancies or mistakes which may occur due to errors in the system, computer malfunction, or operational variances. 
13. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to cancel this promotion, amend the Terms & Conditions, change the promotion schedule, or adjust the details at its sole discretion, but in consultation with PAGCOR. 
14. Solaire Resort North shall have full and exclusive authority to interpret all Terms & Conditions relating to this promotion and resolve any disputes. 
15. In case of disputes, the Management’s decision is final, subject to PAGCOR’s Regulatory Authority. 
16. Failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification. 
17. Participants in this promotion agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding decisions of Solaire Resort North.  
18. This promotion shall not be open to any person under 21 years of age, Solaire Resort North team members and its immediate family members, or its respective affiliates. 
19. In consideration for participation in this promotion, players irrevocably authorize Solaire Resort North to print, publish, televise, or otherwise distribute their names, photographs, and videos if any.
