HOW TO JOIN 

1. All Solaire Rewards members get one (1) free raffle entry; additional entries are earned for every 5 gaming points.
2. Bonus entries may be given based on previous gaming activity.
3. Activate your entries via kiosks or the MySolaire App on the draw dates at least 10 minutes before each draw.

HOW TO PLAY/MECHANICS

Regular Draws/Major Draws:

1. Five (5) winners will be drawn every hour from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on each promotion day.
2. Winners’ names and corresponding prizes will be displayed on the screen and announced at the Event Stage and on the casino floor.
3. Winners must appear at the Event Stage or Solaire Club within ten (10) minutes with their Solaire Rewards card; otherwise, one (1) re-draw will be conducted.

Grand Draw:

1. The Grand Draw will be held at 11:00 PM on each promotion day. Five (5) winners will be drawn.
2. Winners’ names will be displayed on the screen and announced at the Event Stage and on the casino floor.
3. Winners need to appear at the Event Stage within (10) minutes with their Solaire Rewards card; otherwise, re-draws will be conducted until at least 4 winners are present.

Grand Draw Mechanics:

1. A total of (5) identical looking Santa Teddies will be displayed at the Event Stage. ​
2. Players will play an Offercraft game or manually draw a ball with hidden numbers to determine the Santa Teddy assigned to them. ​
3. Once all patrons have picked a number, they will​ altogether unzip the suit of their Santa Teddy. ​
4. One (1) Santa Teddy will reveal “Congratulations, you are the Grand Prize Winner!”, while the remaining Santa Teddies will reveal “50,000 Bonus Peso” consolation prizes.

In case there are only four players present, a set of four Santa Teddies will be displayed. The same game mechanics will apply. ​

PRIZES:

Terms and conditions apply. The Management reserves the right to alter the prizes and details of this without prior notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The promotion is open to all Solaire Rewards members that earned the qualifying points.
2. Points earned at Solaire Resort North prior to, or after the qualifying points’ earning period will not be applied towards the promotion.
3. Eligible members should print out their kiosk receipt to claim the items.
4. All prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and not for re-sale.
5. All prizes are applicable at Solaire Resort North.
6. The management reserves the right to withhold and cancel the awarding of prizes in case of any fraud.
7. Limited time offer period is subject to management’s decision and may be ceased without prior notice.
8. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to take photo/video document during the promotion.
9. Participation in this promotion grants permission to use their names and/or photographs/videos for promotional use without compensation and without need of further authorization or release.
10. All promotion participants agree to and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. Solaire Resort North shall not be liable to any person in the event for any injuries, losses, or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the promotion.
12. Under no circumstances shall Solaire Resort North be liable for any discrepancies or mistakes which may occur due to errors in the system, computer malfunction, or operational variances.
13. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to cancel this promotion, amend the Terms & Conditions, change the promotion schedule, or adjust the details at its sole discretion, but in consultation with PAGCOR.
14. Solaire Resort North shall have full and exclusive authority to interpret all Terms & Conditions relating to this promotion and resolve any disputes.
15. In case of disputes, the Management’s decision is final, subject to PAGCOR’s Regulatory Authority. 
16. Failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification.
17. Participants of this promotion agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding decisions of Solaire Resort North. 
18. This promotion shall not be open to any person under 21 years of age, Solaire Resort North team members and its immediate family members, or its respective affiliates.
19. In consideration for participation in this promotion, players irrevocably authorize Solaire Resort North to print, publish, televise, or otherwise distribute their names, photographs, and videos if any.
