   • Non-transferable and not convertible to cash or partial redemption.

3. Redemption Procedure: 
   On the day of dining, the member must present at the restaurant reception:
   • The virtual Solaire Rewards Membership card (via mobile).
   • The official Welcome SMS message from Solaire confirming eligibility.
4. Redemption Limit:
   • One-time redemption only per member for the entire promo period.
   • Exclusively redeemable at Solaire Resort North.
5. Validity:
   • Offer is valid for redemption until October 31, 2025.
   • Not valid on blackout dates (holidays, private events).

HOTEL OFFER MECHANICS

1. Eligibility:     
   Members who upgrade from a Lifestyle Membership to a Silver Solaire Rewards Card during the promo period are entitled to a hotel room stay for 2pax that can be availed in Solaire Resort North.
2. Hotel Offer Details:
   • Free (1) Deluxe Room Night Stay at Solaire North (Booking Period: until Oct 31, 2025 | Stay Period: Oct 15 to Dec 31, 2025)
   • Covers one (1) overnight stay for up to two (2) adults and cannot be extended beyond the stated stay period.
