HOW TO JOIN

- All Solaire Rewards members will be entitled for one (1) free entry into the raffle draws.

- Thereafter, members will get one (1) raffle draw entry every 5 gaming points earned.

- Selected members may also be awarded bonus entries based on their previous gaming activity.

- Activation of entries can be done through any kiosks or MySolaire App during the draw dates and will close ten (10) minutes before each draw time.

- Draws will be held at the Event Stage.

- For any discretionary exceptions, Sr. Manager – E&P above approval is needed based on

approval matrix.

PROMO MECHANICS

Hourly Regular Draws (7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

• There will be 4 hourly draws per promotion day (7PM, 8PM, 9PM, 10PM).
• In each draw, 5 winners will get ₱10,000 Bonus Peso each.
• Winners are drawn via HALO system or Offers Manager.
• Names will be shown on screen and announced at the Event Stage and Solaire Club.
• Winners must go to the Event Stage or Solaire Club within 10 minutes and present their Solaire Rewards card.
• If a winner doesn’t show up, 1 redraw will be done.

Grand Draw (11:00 PM)

• A total of 5 winners will be drawn:
  
  • 4 Major Prize winners (₱20,000 Bonus Peso each)
  • 1 Grand Prize winner
• All winners must be present and present their Solaire Rewards card within 10 minutes; otherwise, 1 redraw will be allowed.
• Each winner will roll 2 dice.
• The player with the highest total becomes the Grand Prize Winner.
• The Grand Prize Winner will spin the “Wheel of Cars” to determine which car is up for grabs (based on that day’s country theme).
• They may choose between the car or its Bonus Peso equivalent (must decide within 2 days).
• In case of any disputes, the decision of the Game Official (SRC Assistant Manager and above) is final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a.    The event is open to all mass gaming players who earn qualifying points.
b.    Points earned outside the promotion period at Solaire Entertainment City or Solaire Resort North are not eligible.
c.    Eligible members must activate entries before each draw.
d.    Prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and not for resale.
e.    Prizes are valid only at Solaire Entertainment City and Solaire Resort North.
f.    Prizes are in bonus peso form.
g.    Bonus peso will be available for download 1 hour after assignment.
h.    Management reserves the right to withhold or cancel prizes in case of fraud.
i.    The limited offer period may end without prior notice.
j.    Solaire Resort North reserves the right to capture photos/videos during the event.
k.    Participation grants permission to use names/photos/videos for promotion without compensation.
l.    Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
m.   Solaire Resort North is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during the event.
n.    Solaire Resort North is not liable for system errors, malfunctions, or discrepancies.
o.    Solaire Resort North can cancel, amend, or adjust the event at its discretion, in consultation with PAGCOR.
p.    Solaire Resort North has full authority to interpret these Terms and Conditions and resolve disputes.
q.    Failure to comply with Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification.
r.    Participants must be 21 or older and not related to Solaire Resort North team members.
s.    Participants authorize Solaire Resort North to use their names, photos, and videos for publicity.
t.    Members must comply with Solaire Rewards Terms & Conditions.
u.    Management may alter event terms or prizes without notice, in consultation with PAGCOR.
v.    In case of disputes, Management’s decision is final.
w.    The Mobile App is owned by Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. (BRHI). All promotions are exclusive to BRHI.
