Bring the whole family together over flour, dough, and tradition in this engaging, hands-on cooking class designed for all ages. Guided by our friendly chefs, guests will learn to make fresh pasta from scratch—rolling, shaping, and crafting with care.
Together, you’ll explore time-honored techniques of traditional pasta-making while creating three classic pasta types: Garganelli, Pappardelle, and Ravioli, complemented by basic sauce preparation. It’s a delicious way to connect, create lasting memories, and experience the warmth of the Italian kitchen.

- Ingredients, hairnet, toque, apron, and recipe
- Hands-on pasta creation (dough preparation, rolling, and assembly)
- Basic sauce instruction (red and white sauce)

Class Schedule:
Daily: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Additional Notes:
- Booking Lead Time: Reservations must be confirmed on or before 10:00 PM of the day prior to the class date
- Group Size: Minimum of 1 guest and a maximum of 5 guests per session (1 chef per session)
- Waiver Requirement: All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to the class
- Other Notes: Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund
