OFFER MECHANICS

1. Offer:
Newly signed-up Solaire Rewards members are entitled to a one-time complimentary reward that can be availed at Solaire Resort North.
Eligible members may redeem either:

• A Dining Reward (specific complimentary item from participating restaurants), or
• A Hotel Stay Reward (one [1] Deluxe Room night stay for two [2] adults).

2. Participating Rewards and Details:

A. Dining Offers
Members who win a dining prize may redeem the corresponding item from the restaurant indicated below:

• Food Court: Pastry/Cookie

• Dolci: Gelato (pre-selected flavors)

• Lobby Lounge: Solaire Signature Cake (petite)

• Café Mangrove: Signature-Flavoured Latte

• Trattoria: Pizza (pre-selected flavors)

• Pool Café: Solaire Signature Burger

• Lucky Noodles: Lucky Lunch Set for 2 (From 11am to 3pm)

• Red Lantern: Eat All You Can Lunch for 2 (Mon-Fri only)

• Fresh: Buffet Lunch - Weekday for 2 (Mon-Thur only)

• Finestra: 2-course Lunch Set for 2 (11:30am to 2:30pm)

• Yakumi: Bento Lunch Box for 2 (11:30am to 2:30pm, Except Sundays)

Dining Guidelines:

• Dining prizes may be redeemed through dine-in or take-out transactions.
• For dine-in redemption, restaurant reservation is highly encouraged. Call +63 8888 8888 to book a table.
• Offer is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and not valid for partial redemption.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
• Offer is valid for redemption until April 30, 2026.
• Not valid on blackout dates (holidays, private events, or special occasions).

B. Hotel Stay Offer
Members who win a hotel reward may avail of the following:

• Free (1) Deluxe Room Night Stay at Solaire Resort North (excluding breakfast buffet)
  • Booking Period: until April 15, 2026
  • Stay Period: until April 30, 2026
• Valid for an overnight stay for up to two (2) adults only.
• Advance room reservation is required. Call +63 8888 8828 to book.
• Offer is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

3. Redemption Procedure:
To claim your reward, members must present the following at the participating outlet or hotel front desk on the day of redemption:

• The virtual Solaire Rewards Membership card (via mobile).
• The official Reward QR Code screenshot from the Spin Wheel activity at the Solaire Rewards Counter confirming eligibility.
• For hotel redemption: Booking Confirmation and a valid government-issued ID are also required.

4. Redemption Limit:

• One-time redemption only per member for the entire promo period.
• Exclusively redeemable at Solaire Resort North.
