HOW TO JOIN

1. By Invitation
     • Invited players will have a maximum of three (3) entries, including the free entry on the tournament day.
     • Free entry can only be used on the date stated.
     • Players must earn the required entry points should they wish to play again.
2. By Earning Points
     • Earn 500 points on-site during the points earning period to claim one (1) entry. Earn an additional 500 points to claim your second entry.
     • Points earned from both Solaire properties are eligible.
     • This is also applicable for invited players to re-enter the tournament.
        
   Earned Entry for Non-Invited Players
          • 1st Entry: 500 points
          • 2nd Entry: Additional 500 points
   Re-Entry for Invited Players
         • 1st Entry: 500 points
         • 2nd Entry: Additional 500 points
3. Print your entries at any kiosk on the tournament date from 2:30 PM to 9:40 PM

MECHANICS

1. Present your membership card together with your entry ticket/s at the tournament area for verification.
2. Players may choose any tournament machine they want to play on upon entering.
3. Upon the tournament marshal's instruction, you may insert your membership card into the machine and start playing.
4. Player rankings will be determined by their respective scores.
5. The final 30 players will be posted on the tournament leaderboard and will receive their corresponding prizes per rank.
6. In the event of a tie, the prize will be equally divided among the number of players.

TOURNAMENT RULES

1. Players are not allowed to change tournament machines once it has begun.
2. Representatives or proxies are not allowed to play on behalf of anyone.
3. Players are not allowed to insert bills during the tournament session.

TOURNAMENT PRIZE

TOURNAMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tournament dates are subject to change but in consultation with PAGCOR.
2. To participate in this promotion, membership in Solaire Rewards is required. 
3. While any member may participate, eligibility in the tournament is contingent upon required criteria. 
4. Participants are not allowed to use cash notes during the tournament session.
5. No credits/points will be deducted from participants’ respective accounts.
6. All tournament machines will be in tournament mode during the tournament session.
7. All prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and not for re-sale.
8. The Management may decline the participation of a person if found blacklisted (e.g., self-excluded, barred, suspended, or without gaming activity from previous program trip, etc.). 
9. By participating in the tournament, the member is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions that Solaire Resort North may issue from time to time. 
10. All prizes are applicable only at Solaire Resort North. 
11. The Management reserves the right to withhold and cancel the awarding of prizes in case of any fraud.
12. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to take photos/videos during the tournament.
13. Participation in this tournament grants permission to use their names and/or photographs/videos for promotional use without compensation and without need of further authorization or release.
14. Solaire Resort North shall not be liable to any person in the event for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the tournament.
15. Under no circumstances shall Solaire Resort North be liable for any discrepancies or mistakes which may occur due to errors in the system, computer malfunction or operational variances.
16. Solaire Resort North reserves the right to cancel this tournament, amend the Terms and Conditions, change the schedule, or adjust the details at its sole discretion, but in consultation with PAGCOR.
17. Solaire Resort North shall have full and exclusive authority to interpret all Terms and Conditions relating to this tournament and resolve any disputes.
18. In case of disputes, the Management’s decision is final.
19. Failure to adhere to the tournament Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification.
20. Participants of this tournament agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions as published and amended and shall accept as final and binding decisions of Solaire Resort North. 
21. This tournament shall not be open to any person under 21 years of age, Team Members or immediate family members of Team Members of Solaire Resort North.
22. In consideration for participation in this tournament, participants irrevocably authorize Solaire Resort Entertainment City and Solaire Resort North to print, publish, televise or otherwise distribute their names, photographs, and videos if any.
23. Solaire Resort North ensures strict implementation of social distancing, wearing of face mask and other safety and security protocols to keep the property safe for its team members and guests.
24. Patrons joining the tournament must abide by the existing Solaire Rewards terms and conditions and sign-up requirements.
